Arum rupicola ssp. virescens (syn. Arum conophalloides ssp. viresecens)
30 (50)cm, rarely seen, outstanding subspecies with a tall grayish green (sometimes greenish white), spathe embedding a stout, purplish green spadix above shiny dark green leaves. Native of E Turkey (around Lake Van) to N Iran and C Tauros Mountains, occurring in rocky meadows. For any rich, yet very well drained soil in a sunny spot. IV-V.
