Passiflora morifolia
200 (500)cm, fast growing species South America (Bolivia, Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil). White and purple blue flowers are followed by very ornamental plum-colored fruits with a red pulp (not palatable). Plants are self-fertile and set readily fruits. May be either cultivated as an annual if sowed under heated glass and transplanted to the garden in early summer or as a perennial pot plant in a sunny pot during winter at a minimum of some 10°C. Easily cultivated. VI-VIII.
