50 (80)cm, Virginia Mountain Mint is a herbaceous perennial with numerous white flowers usually with purplish spots in terminal clusters and narrow leaves with a strong minty odor. The plant can be used to make tea. Native of semi-moist meadows and open spots in woodlands from central to southeastern USA. For any humus rich, slightly moist soil in a sunny spot. VI-VII.
