Romulea sladenii
7cm, a dwarf species with white flower cups and a yellowish center above short, grass like leaves. Native in the Gifberg (NW Cape), where it grows in well drained, stony soils. A winter green species which is best grown in a rich, well drained, preferably rocky soil in pots under frostfree conditions in a cool greenhouse or wintergarden. XI-XII.
