Sempervivum montanum ssp. montanum (yellow form) |
1cm ø, variable dwarf Sempervivum from the Pyrenees and Corsica to E Europe with fresh green, rather lax, small rosettes which are slightly pubescent. Makes nice, dense mats in time. Seeds offered are from a yellow flowering form which is quite different from the type as it bears usually only 1 to 2 quite large flowers per stalk and might be a different subspecies. For any humus rich, yet very well drained soil in full sun to partial shade. V-VI. More Details » |
